To Rusty's family I send you my Love and Condolences. May God wipe away your tears and hold up your hearts.I met Rusty through my friend Ruby Williams. He became a friend to me, he allowed me to help him when he needed help. He handle himself as a gentleman in business the cable company will never be the same. In return Rusty offered his service of transportation like he did John Wayne he drove me where I needed to go. And Rusty offered to take me to church when I lost my ride to my church. What a friend to offer to drive me anywhere I needed to go just because he allowed me to help him. I say Rusty was an honorary helper himself willing to help anyone who needed help. I will miss you Rusty RIP my friend.

Rest in Peace old friend. Rusty was a kind and good man. He and Anne were quite a team. Rusty was one of those few who could always smile and did his best to help others.
